Woburn's location at the junction of I-93 and I-95 makes it one of the more in-demand markets we serve. If you'd rather skip the listing process entirely, we can make a fair cash offer on your Woburn house in 24 hours.

Woburn splits between an older, denser core near the square and postwar neighborhoods further out, with the I-93 and I-95 junction keeping demand steady. The city is largely sewered, which takes the septic constraint off the table and makes bedroom additions and in-law suites simpler here than in the towns north of it. Older homes near the center carry the usual pre-war questions: wiring, framing and whether the foundation will take a second story.
Woburn adopted a conforming ADU ordinance in May 2025 that bars the City from requiring any discretionary approval — building permit only. It is also the only town in the region that allows a second ADU on the same lot, by special permit. Sewered citywide, so Title 5 never enters it. The trade-off is the highest building permit rate we have found: $15 per $1,000.
